Since its inception in 1998 Nisa has provided specialist consulting and strategic operational and business affairs services to the entertainment industry sector.  So in-demand were these services, that, at peak, the company employed thirteen full time staff. To provide a more wholistic service to clients structural change occurred: -

- In 2002 three staff members were appointed as shareholders of a new accounting services company and in partnership with Haroon Moosa Accounting (Pty) Ltd  Moosa, Nisa and Associates (Pty) Ltd. was established 
- In 2005 Nisa forged a partnership to establish Viewcrest 5 (Pty) Ltd a digital content administrator, supplier and facility.
